From 1mg to 10kg all weights are SABS/NRCS verifiable. (Calibration and Certificate optional – So basically the calibration weights can also be issued with a calibration certificate.) An NRCS masspiece/weight must be used if a Calibration certificate is  to be issued for a scales that is legal to trade.

Please see the User Manual we supplied with your scale on How to calibrate your scale.

Please note these weights are supplied by a SANAS accredited supplier.
SANAS stands for South African National Accreditation System.

Prices exclude VAT and Collection is for your own account in Kempton Park, Johannesburg(South Africa).

All calibration weight sets come in a lined aluminum box, complete with tweezers and a white cotton glove.

Calibration Certificates on calibration weights: (Optional to order)

Price per NRCS Calibration Certificate and per NRCS test per piece:
Per weight tested by NRCS = R excl vat
Up to 25 weights per NRCS certificate at R per certificate.
So if you get 10 units tested, it will cost R plus R excl vat.
Price confirmed for 2021 on for the certificates if needed

Please note for NRCS testing allow 3 weeks – after payment and all relevant info for the certificate was received. (If you don’t want to wait 3 weeks, get a SANAS accredited person to do a SANAS certificate of Calibration for you).
